Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman has reached out to Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev through a written correspondence aimed at enhancing the partnership between their nations. The ambassador delivered the sultan’s letter during a meeting with Kazakhstan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Alibek Kuantyrov, held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country’s capital, Astana.
